Updating some of my involvements and skills, I am including some of the buildings that I have reels for with the interviews of academic officials as well as activities of input towards design that was requested as a group activity where we broke up in teams and compared buildings from other institutions, learned how to do "Six Thinking Hats" and apply it to expansion for future UTDallas campus additions. The activity was done relatively in 2014, but this year we had another dedication and ribbon cutting, I was able to cover part of the ceremony, had come before the party a few days prior to take photos of the building completed and quiet, and then got an email requesting me to come to the second floor of the atrium, which I did, and took photos from above, and then a level down for more coverage of the event.

I did not get to stay for the actual ribbon cutting portion after everyone ate, I had an appointment, but I did come to the last one for the bioengineering building where they moved most of the neuroscience, engineering, etc people, and I did get to at least do a shot of the building with the ribbon.

Sent an email out to the students where were in the Real Estate Club at UTD, and later on thought about whether or not they had done any planning of their own for their own interests and investments or groups that would function to acquire properties as a trust, or what have not.

I offered one of my champions from the real estate school books for study within a group, and I got some interest, but not many who followed up to sit down and go over anything.

Spoke with a REIT about purchasing one of their hospitals if it was available, as of now they seem to be holding hoping they will be able to lease it up and out to sell, but I think the property is too tainted from it having been completely private with such a public discrepancy that someone needs to get us together, such as me, and gather a group to redo the who naming, marketing, usage- not away from medical, but away from completely privatized, to have a balance of private and public usage, so that it benefits the community moreso.
