Spoke with a REIT about purchasing one of their hospitals if it was available, as of now they seem to be holding hoping they will be able to lease it up and out to sell, but I think the property is too tainted from it having been completely private with such a public discrepancy that someone needs to get us together, such as me, and gather a group to redo the who naming, marketing, usage- not away from medical, but away from completely privatized, to have a balance of private and public usage, so that it benefits the community moreso.
